Sales Engineering

CSM Engineers will work with customers to develop order requirements in accordance with consensus standards, customer blueprints and verbal/written instructions on the customer purchase order. Before we begin manufacturing parts, engineers ensure the specifications are clearly defined and agreed upon, producing proposal blueprints when necessary.

Production Engineering

Engineers at CSM develop manufacturing specifications for orders in accordance with workcenter constraints and create production blueprints to ensure customer requirements are met. Using internal feedback loops, we continuously refine our internal standards focusing on precision and efficiency.

Tools

The Engineering department also meets the needs of customers by designing special tools and producing detailed blueprints to ensure proper manufacturing of special tools including heading dies, heading punches, threading dies, trim dies and special gages for inspections.

Professionalism

CSM is known industry-wide for having the best-looking and most professional proposal blueprints. Our blueprints are created using Autodesk's AutoCAD LT 2005, a 2-dimensional version comparable to AutoCAD 14. We've created well over 5,000 drawings since converting from hand-drawn to AutoCAD prints.
